To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any program will not exceed the total amount you paid to the Company for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the event.

Informal resolution first: if you have a concern or dispute related to the website or our programs, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Please include relevant details so we can review and respond.

If we cannot resolve the matter informally within a reasonable time, either party may pursue claims in the courts described in the Governing Law & Jurisdiction section, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide alternative rights or forums that cannot be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or to any program materials if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the website, or engaged in conduct that could harm the Company, instructors, learners, or our systems.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to the Company. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
